Drumkeeran Drama Group

presented three one-act plays in the Community Centre

on the last weekend of March.


The large and appreciative audiences thoroughly enjoyed the the three comic dramas,

Sean O’Casey’s ‘Bedtime Story’

Stanley Houghton’s ‘The Dear Departed’

and

Sean O’Casey’s ‘Pound on Demand’.



As well as many of the Drama Group regulars, the cast included a number of newcomers,
including Rachel Shannon, Sadhbh Duignan, Sean McCabe, Áine Bohan,
Mary Louise McCabe, Pauline McMorrow and Kevie Forde.


Audiences were treated to two evenings of wonderful entertainment,
with the newcomers on the cast giving exceptional performances.
