Áine Fallon, speaking on behalf of the cast, thanks Áine Bohan, Catherine Clancy,
Maresa McGovern and Andrew Redican.

On Sunday 22
nd December the local community was treated
to a wonderful night’s entertainment and fun
when Drumkeerin Youth Drama
presented four short plays
in the Community Centre.

The presentations were the end result of many months of hard work
and dedication from all involved in the Drama Workshops.

The leader of the workshops was Andrew Redican,
assisted by Catherine Clancy, Maresa McGovern and Áine Bohan.

Twenty-four young people were involved,
some of them taking on roles in more than one play.

After the four presentations, Mr Redican thanked the cast and their parents
for their dedication over the last few months.

The young cast, in turn, showed their appreciation to Mr Redican and his team.

The hard work and commitment of everybody was rewarded by a large and appreciative audience
who thoroughly enjoyed the evening’s performances.

The Four plays presented on the evening were:

and congratulations to the 24 young actors!
