Mary Munnelly Retires
Mary Bohan, Chairperson of the BoM, makes a presentation to Mary Munnelly
On Friday, 25th October the staff and students of Lough Allen College
made a number of presentations to Mary Munnelly.
After serving for over 18 years as school secretary, Mary has decided to retire.
Mary Bohan, Chairperson of the Board of Management, and Mr David Harding, Principal,
both
paid tribute to Mary’s efficiency and integrity as school secretary.
They also emphasised Mary’s popularity among the staff of the College,
among the students
and among the parents.
Over the years Mary’s good humour, her kindness and her friendly words of advice
were
very much appreciated by everybody.
Among the presentations made to Mary were those from the Board of Management,
from
the students and from the Parents Association.
Mary’s husband Tommy was also present for the occasion.
