Two Local Students Win College Awards
Two Leaving Certificate students in Lough Allen College have won special awards
at the Annual Prize-Giving Ceremony
in the College.

Thomas McPartlan

won a special award for his 100% attendance record over his five years in Lough Allen College.
Over the five years he never missed a day from school.
Not only that, but during his eight years in Drumkeeran Primary School Thomas also had a 100% attendance record, not missing a single day from school.
His is a unique and special record.
He is the son of Margaret and Patrick McPartlan, Derrycullinan.
We congratulate Thomas on this unique achievement.

This ward is based on a student’s overall performance over the five years in the College, taking into account a student’s personality, their contribution to school life and to school sports as well as their academic achievements.
The selection of the winner is based on result of consultation with and the vote of the College teaching staff.
